RESEARCH & TRAINING

Paragon members are actively involved in a variety of research projects and Master’s studies. Some examples include:

  • Soil moisture study of natural and reclaimed sites with coarse grain texture in the oil sands
  • Subsoil compaction mitigation study using compost pellets
  • Soil ecology of LFH stockpiles
  • Impact of pipeline right-of-ways on soil fauna
  • Collembolan species as a potential food source for bears
